We were able to get Nick's tennis session done before it started raining, which was nice. After tennis we hit Target for supplies. I'm finally washing all of the windows in the house and that requires a lot of Windex! The boys talked me into some toys from the clearance shelf (big spender!).
Xander picked a hammerhead shark...
Nick picked up a rubber cobra. He then placed it on Allison's pillow in one of those crafty schemes only a six-year-old can come up with. Always the good mother, Allison was suitably shocked and frightened when she came home last night. Nick was delighted. I'm sure that snake is going to be popping up all over for the next couple of days.
The rest of the day was filled with movies and naps, with trips out for a bicycle ride and to the park between the scattered storms.
Here Nick and Xander were staging the world's largest Hotwheels crash...
All in all, it was a good day. But I'm happy it's supposed to be sunny today!
